Walker carbon steel damascus: etched, blasted, polished, and heat colored.
Carbon steel has the potential to rust. The heat coloring as well as the Frog Lube paste which I applied will help prevent this. Future application of a rust inhibitor may be necessary.

A very small void is present at the top of the pawn, which is shown in the past picture.
